It is a known fact that the wealth of South Africa is concentrated in a few hands. For example, it is estimated that 5 % of the population owns 80% of the wealth in the country. At the same time, millions of our people live in poverty. Over half the population in South Africa live below the poverty datum lines (amounts needed for very basic subsistence).
