- Description
- This paper describes the design and fabrication of a dedicated hardware platform for network traffic logging and modification at a production cost of under $300. The context of the device is briefly discussed before characteristics relating to hardware development are explored. The paper concludes with three application examples to show some to the potential functionality of the platform. Testing of the device shows an average TCP throughput of 84.44 MiB/s when using the designed Ethernet modules.
