- Description
- This paper presents an architectural overview of content-based dynam-ic routing for integrating applications on to an application server named TeleWeaver, a middleware platform developed within Siyakhula Living Lab (SLL). SLL is an ICT4D project in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. TeleWeaver was created as a mediation layer between software systems developed for use by beneficiaries of the Siyakhula Living Lab. The main challenge with these disparate systems was that they had unnecessary, redundant components; TeleWeaver acts as a common platform that suits the development of many services such as eGovernment, eHealth, and eJudiciary.
